SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

At DETOXDEN (“we/us”), we ship your denmaking goodies via Australia Post.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout.

All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, feel free to get in touch with us and we will look into it. 

Note that we do offer free shipping on orders over $180.00.

SHIPPING TIMES

We endeavour to ship new orders in the most timely manner possible, however the shipping time is an estimate and may vary depending on the postal service and busy periods. We take no responsibility for issues or delays with postage and delivery after the item has left our possession. 

In-stock items will likely be processed within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. 

Also, note that orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and that shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events. 

Please be aware that there may sometimes be delivery processing delays beyond our control, but we will do our absolute best to ensure a smooth delivery experience. 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Some homeware items such as reed scent diffusers, candle bowls, cushion covers, hemp shower curtains, door stops, draft stoppers and wall decals may need to be made to order, in which case please allow up to 20 to 30 business days for processing, not including delivery. Delivery times may vary. 

If there are any significant delays in shipments of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS

DETOXDEN reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time. There may also be occasions when DETOXDEN confirms your order, but then learns that unfortunately we cannot supply the ordered product. In this event, we will ship your product to you when it next becomes available, or if the product is discontinued or no longer being made available to us, we will refund your purchase price and any shipping fees in full. 

LIABILITY OF DETOXDEN

Please check all your order details very carefully before processing your order.

DETOXDEN will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
