These pillowcases are crafted from hemp and organic cotton, which can help promote wellbeing, good sleep and a toxin-free bedroom. Hemp linen is also better for those with asthma and allergies, because it is naturally hypoallergenic and hemp is usually grown without pesticides or fungicides, therefore there are no irritants.
It is luxuriously soft and continues to soften with each wash.
Hemp fabric is a natural insulator, and also breathes well, keeping you cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.
Pillowcases made from hemp fabric also last longer and wear better than those made from conventional cotton or synthetics.
How to Use/Care Instructions:
It is advised to use a cool to lukewarm (up to 40C) machine wash with a natural detergent, or a detergent that doesn't use whiteners, bleach or brighteners.
It is not advised to dry clean these pillowcases, however many places now offer a silica dry clean wash which is acceptable for hemp fabrics.
You can line dry hemp fabric, but it is suggested that if you line dry your pillowcases, minimise direct sun exposure for long periods to safe guard the fabric and prevent uneven fading.
Machine drying (on a warm setting) is also acceptable. If tumble drying, it's suggested to pull it out when finished and stretch it out.
Hemp fabric doesn't require ironing, however if you choose a warm iron setting or steamer can be used.
